EPISODE 10 - Expansion and Integration

In order for us to GROW and SHIFT and open our consciousness, we need to EXPAND beyond our current state, to allow NEW in.

Expansion happens in cycles - it happens as a SPIRAL, deepening with each cycle.

When you are in a phase of EXPANSION, it is giving you LIFE - it's beautiful, it's powerful, it's NEW and EXCITING and we can really FEEL IT ALL.

But with every EXPANSION, there must be integration and anchoring - so that what we have expanded into can become the new baseline.
